ABOUT PAULG

Paul G now has a body of work that includes Design, Art & Music.

As Paul has said "I make no distinction between, designing, making art or music. As a creative person you are 'on' all the time, there are no limits and no fixed hours; the Studio is always open and happening."

The overarching design philosophy for Paul G. Studios is best summed up as transcend and include! This is the same as saying; respect traditions but also transcend and inspire by going beyond what you know. As Miles Davis said "play what you know, and play above what you know"

Never elitist, Paul G believes that fine jewellery with stimulating and creative ideas should be accessible.

Proudly an Australian owned design studio Paul G is also realising the vision of involving local film makers, photographers and talented artists in all facets of creating the Paul G. Studios collections.

ABOUT NEONOIR

Neonoir, by Paul G. Studios is a sophisticated and edgy diamond jewellery collection.

The gems in this collection are naturally occurring coloured diamonds, rubies, and sapphires, selected for their vivid colours and subtle shades. The black and white diamonds for their graphic quality.

Neonoir is the art of painting with coloured diamonds and the jewellery is our canvas.

Most definitely this is distinctive custom made jewellery for the individual! Neonoir jewellery is available exclusively at a select number of discerning retail jewellers.

Paul G. Studios is proudly - an Australian design atelier. Our work and passion is about creativity, personal freedom of expression, and creating jewellery of the highest order that excites the human spirit.

ABOUT SYNTONY

To create the 'Syntony' jewellery concept Paul started first with ideas and feelings about harmony, movement, the emotional connections people make and the exhilaration of being in tune with another person.' Paul asked 'how can we express these feelings in jewellery so our collection has soul'? This was the aim.

As the jewellery design concepts emerged Paul also settled on naming the collection 'Syntony' in harmony with ones surrounding as a way of communicating the thoughts and story behind the collection. The designs in the much loved 'Syntony' collection all have a moving 'wave like' design element that suggests the way music and sound travel in waves to the listener and maybe even the way people make connections with each other. 'Syntony' also has a beautiful bamboo shape design element that is used to suggest strength, longevity and movement.
